5.4 90 days money back promise

We are constantly striving to exceed the demands of our customers. Therefore, in addition to the legally required 14-day right of withdrawal, every customer enjoys a 90-day money-back promise on all unused items. The unsealing of a sealed article is considered to be used for hygienic reasons.

You can revoke your contract declaration in accordance with the legal requirements of the right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy) within 14 days and then for a further 90 days without giving reasons in text form (e. g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the thing, make use of our money-back promise. Our additional 90-day return period begins after expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. In order to comply with the 90-day period within the framework of our money-back promise, the timely dispatch of your revocation or the item itself is sufficient.

Please note that if you make use of our "Money Back Promise" you will have to bear the postage costs for the return shipping to us. Unfortunately, we have to completely exclude products that have already been used from our 90-day money-back promise.

3.1 Customer's offer

If the customer has found a product in the seller's range of goods that corresponds to his wishes, he can add the product to the basket. If the customer wants to view the shopping cart, he can do so at any time by clicking on the “Shopping cart” button. Products that the customer does not want to order or no longer wants to order can be removed from the shopping cart at any time by pressing the trash can button or increase or decrease the desired number of goods to be ordered by entering a new number via the keyboard in the shopping cart.

After all the desired goods have been inserted into the shopping cart, the customer must enter the data required for ordering the goods or log into an existing customer account. The Seller has marked accordingly the input fields in which the Customer has to provide his mandatory information for the proper processing of the order.

After the customer has provided all the information, all information about the order to be made will be presented on the order closing page. Depending on the selected payment method, additional information is requested there. If all information is complete and correct, the customer completes the order by clicking on the “Buy” button.


3.2 Acceptance by the Seller

The acceptance of the offer of the customer is carried out by the seller in accordance with point 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the seller (see above).

The text of the contract is stored in the shop system of the seller. The customer can always view the general terms and conditions on this website. The data of the individual order as well as the terms and conditions are automatically sent to the customer by e-mail. After the customer has completed the order, the data is no longer accessible via the Internet.

5.INFORMATION ON TECHNICAL AGENTS FOR DETECTING AND RECORDING INFORMATION ERRORS ON SELLING ON THE ONLINESHOP

The customer can correct his information at any time. This applies to both the number of goods ordered and the selected goods themselves. For this purpose, the customer can change his information by mouse or keyboard, both removing goods from the shopping cart and increasing or reducing the number of individual goods to be ordered. In addition, all information on the order is presented again before it is completed and the customer is given the option of correction.

Only the German language is available for the conclusion of contracts.
